The CCM Tacks XF Pro Junior Hockey Skates are the new skates in the 2024 line. With a one-piece boot reinforcement, it allows players to get more direct energy transfer and a closer fit for faster strides. The flex tendon 3.0 it designed to achieve greater extension on skating strides for increased speed. Available in sizes 1-3.5 (full & half) and in a regular width.

Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile

The one-piece boot allows players to get more direct energy transfers and a closer fit for faster strides. Targeted reinforcements provide added durability and performance. These skates are stiff providing the most support to strong skaters. Stiff skates may be tough to break in at first, but they are the best for skaters with big strides and won't wear down as easily. They are completely thermoformable, meaning it is moldable and responsive to heat. Baking and fitting the skates while heated will allow them to fully adapt to your foot shape.

Internal Padding & Liner

The liner consists of totaldri pro with responsive foam and polygiene material. This high-performance moisture-wickening material keeps feet dry and skates light, while responsive foam backing hugh your feet all throughout the boot. Polygiene antimicroaterial treatment fights odors and bateria. For comfort, the XF Pro's feature ADPT memory foam with heel lockdown technology. The multi-layered configuration with denser ADPT memory foam allows for next-level comfort and an elite fit. Its optimized positioning and boot shaping create the heel lockdown zone, securing your foot from stride to stride.

Tongue

Made up of tritech construction and D3O protection, the 7mm black felt with a molded foam core, wrap your foot perfectly for superior on-ice fit and comfort. The injected D3O lacebite provides added protection with an improved construction designed for better forward flexion.

Footbed

The footbed is constructed of molded CCM othrolite ultra with heel grip. The ultra-lightweight, molded fit and enhanced comfort allow for the perfect heel grip.

Holder & Steel

The Tacks XF Pro skates feature the SpeedBlade XS holder, which is CCM's quick-release holder with the metal pin bladelock system, keeping your steel securely in one place. The Tacks XF Pro skates come paired with the Step BlackSteel, the highest quality of steel with carbon-coated technology for superior edge hardness, phenominal glide, and increased skating speed.

Sizing

The CCM Tacks XF Pro Junior Hockey Skates come in sizes 1-3.5 with full and half size option available. They also come in a regular width only.
